About Reddwood:
Reddwood is a fully integrated manufacturer of Kitchens and Wardrobes , incorporating best in class manufacturing machines, software’s - IMOS -IX ,Front end sales and inhouse experienced design teams with COCO showrooms.
Basic Requirements :
The applicant must possess extraordinary knowledge of the Delhi-Gurugram-Noida- Ghaziabad market and will be responsible for developing the business and top line revenues for the mentioned business Vertical.
Candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience added with an MBA degree will be most suited for this role.
Techno Sales capability will be an added advantage.
Candidates with past hands on experience in Sales , from the Kitchen, Wardrobe ,Bespoke furniture industry only need apply.
Candidates with prior experience in selling : smart-premium and super luxe kitchens are welcome.
The growth potential for the selected candidate as we see is excellent who can prove themselves with business consistency and top line revenues .
Excellent communications skills + fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
This role will involve some amount of travel within the NCR region as meetings with clients-Boutique and bulk consumers,viz : Builders , Architects and Interior Designers will be mandatory.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Retail & Bulk Sales at Reddwood Retail Pvt Ltd in Delhi. (For our Kitchen ,Wardrobes & Vanities Business) The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail and bulk sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and market dynamics

This position is based out of the Sultanpur Experience Centre’s and is located on the MG Road , New Delhi.
We work all days of the week : between 10:30 am to 7:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
Weekly offs are roster based and work on monthly basis.
CTC: 9 Lakhs P.A
