Business Development Job Summary: The Business Development Executive is responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to drive business growth and revenue generation for the organization. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication, research, and customer relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities:


• Research and identify potential new customers and decision-makers within target industries and markets.

• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and qualify prospective leads.

• Manage the full lead generation lifecycle, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, and closing deals.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on lead generation campaigns and activities.

• Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Regularly report on lead generation performance metrics and pipeline progress.

• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform the organization's sales and marketing strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets Required Skills.


Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience in a lead generation, business development, or sales role in the RPO/Staffing Industry.

• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with C-suite executives.

• Strong research and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficient in using CRM software, prospecting tools, and sales enablement technologies.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
