As State Head – Operations, your primary role will be to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall success of the organization. Key roles and responsibilities :


1.Strategic Management and Operations

  • and Train the Team on Ops-Excellence.
  • effective communication across verticals.
  • scheduled client meetings, MBR, QBR and CSAT


2. Operational excellence

  • manpower schedule within the budget, Adjust labour schedule in line with sales
  • checklists and records are accurately captured on LENS
  • all client requirements are communicated to all partners in time
  • budgets are understood, managed and achieved
  • Site adherence to compliance and Safety standards as per SLA
  • checks, validate audits findings and corrective measures
  • build HSE as a culture in the team


3. Partner management

  • with the vendor ecosystem across main meal vendors, food chains and standalone tuck shops across cuisines working in tandem with Supply team
  • documented meetings with key vendors
  • of vendors across sites, events
  • vendor profitability and development


4. New Client acquisition

  • a complete understanding of the SmartQ pitch to clients for tech product and food related services.
  • operations strategy
  • consultative approach on problem solving for the client
  • communication and teamwork across functions to customize the solution for the requirement
  • transactions across each pipeline stage starting from a lead to contract signing and Launch


5. Client management and cross-sell

  • the scope of work across each client and revenues being derived across food and tech services
  • clients and record call memos covering the latest developments and requirements Effective consultative approach on problem solving for the client
  • engagement through Pop-up Canopy and events
  • app adoption and usage
  • steady revenues through different phases of business

Qualifications:

• Relative F&B experience of at 12+ years, leading teams in the food-services sector

• Ability to build and manage dynamic teams in a growth-focused setting

• Analytical ability to solve problems with a focus on technology, innovation

• Train the team and multitask between different functions

• Knowledge of local language is preferable

• Major focus on ops excellence, team management and trainings
