Demand generation and Growth Strategist
Job description:
Role Overview:
We're seeking a driven Demand Generation and Growth Executive (as an Individual Contributor) adept in spearheading demand generation campaigns to boost our sales pipeline and revenue. This role is perfect for someone looking to effect change and has experience delivering impactful demand-generation initiatives that translate directly into sales-qualified leads and revenue acceleration.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer a Lead Generation engine:
Build and scale a robust engine dedicated to generating a steady flow of MQL/SQLsfor our flagship products, working in tandem with teams to coordinate and finetune multiple facets from ICP profiling to Outreach execution.
- Optimize Lead Generation:
Craft a detailed lead generation strategy, utilizing multivariate testing to ensure conversions across both large-scale and targeted lead gen efforts.
- Harness Customer Insights:
Collaborate with sales and customer success to capture and act on customer feedback, aligning demand generation closely with the buyer's journey- Not only Decision makers but influencers and users
- Funnel Engineering:
Manage the entire demand generation funnel, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales and optimizing every stage for peak performance. Employ advanced lead scoring to prioritize efforts on high-conversion prospects, optimizing sales focus and resources.
- Metrics-Driven Accountability:
Track and enhance demand generation performance, focusing on SQLs, sales acceptance, and marketing ROI through precise KPI management.
- Evolve Outreach Techniques:
Advance beyond traditional outreach, adopting personalized engagement strategies that cater to key decision-maker needs.
