Demand Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven B2B SaaS demand generation strategies: Leverage your industry knowledge to tailor campaigns using email marketing tools, CRM customer profiling, LinkedIn outreach (including Sales Navigator and Ads), and other relevant channels. Your goal is to drive targeted lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Become a master of marketing automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, personalize communications, and optimize campaign performance for maximum efficiency.
- Measure success and drive continuous improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns, incorporating CRM data, LinkedIn insights, and marketing automation reports. Analyze results to identify opportunities, generate actionable insights for stakeholders, and continually refine strategies.
- Cultivate high-converting leads: Optimize lead nurturing processes through automated workflows and personalized messaging. This ensures nurtured leads are sales-ready and primed for conversion.
- Embrace collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing) to develop integrated B2B SaaS campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Content creation extraordinaire: Craft compelling and engaging content tailored for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, blog posts, webinars, advertising copy, and landing pages.
- The lead whisperer: Collaborate with the sales/business team to ensure proper lead management. You'll leverage CRM customer profiling to qualify leads and facilitate a smooth handoff for successful customer acquisition.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, and lead management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus in B2B marketing or a similar field).
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for project management and organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working both independently and collaboratively
