As a Lead Management Specialist at Orange Mantra, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by effectively managing and nurturing leads through various stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing the lead generation process, qualifying leads, and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team for conversion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, social media outreach, content marketing, and events.
  2. Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit with our services.
  3. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness at all times.
  4. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel, providing relevant content and resources to address their pain points and concerns.
  5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for leads, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating communication between leads and the sales team as needed.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead management efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to enhance lead management strategies and tactics.
