Mirketa Inc is looking to hire a Director of Product Management to provide product management leadership for its Electronic Health Record system, Elixir and other Salesforce Apps. The position will be based out of Noida or Bangalore…?


The responsibilities of a Director of Product Management will encompass a wide range of strategic, managerial, and operational duties. Here’s an outline of the key responsibilities:


Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and set the long-term direction for product lines.


Roadmap Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and key milestones.
  • Ensure the roadmap aligns with business objectives and market demands.


Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to guide product development and positioning.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with business needs.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.


Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement and iteration based on user feedback and performance metrics.


Product Marketing and Pre Sales Support:

  • Work with the Sales team for demos and other pre Sales support required
  • Manage product marketing – branding, SEO, channel marketing, media, webinars etc.


Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Manage the product management budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet product goals.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.


Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
  • Regularly report on product performance, market conditions, and progress against goals.


Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking within the product team.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.


Post Deployment Customer Success:

  • Manage post deployment customer success
  • Manage customer support team


Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer insights to drive product enhancements and new features.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.

  • Driving Business Growth: As a strategic leader, the Director of Product Management plays a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving competitive advantage through innovative and market-leading products.
  • Shaping Company Direction: By defining and executing a clear product vision and strategy, that helps shape the company’s direction and long-term success.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have 15+ years of experience in Business Analyst and Product Management Roles
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in senior leadership role
  • Must have experience building business cases, managing budget, innovation, customer success team and customer support team
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in US based EHR product in product management role
  • Must have expert level of understanding of the core functionality of EHR (including care plans, clinical flows, prescriptions, MAR, assessment forms, sessions,
  • Must have experience with ONC certification requirements and process
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have excellent meeting facilitation skills and presentation skills
  • Must have technical background to understand the basic building blocks of the software
  • Must be comfortable with working in a small startup environment
  • Must have experience working with Agile team in PO role
  • Must be able to work under pressure with tight timelines
  • Must be able to think of solutions and align people towards a solution
  • Nice to have : experience working on Salesforce
  • Must be able to plan work and manage team deliverables
  • Nice to have: People management experience
  • Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in completing tasks
  • Must have a bachelor's degree and MBA degree is nice to have

20% travel to US.
