Job Description: As a Lead Generation Executive with a focus on online marketing at Elittor Properties LLC, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic digital initiatives. You will leverage various online channels and platforms to generate high-quality leads for our real estate services, with an emphasis on maximizing online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
· Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads for residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management services.
· Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for online marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
· Paid Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to target specific audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
· Lead Generation Funnels: Design and implement lead generation funnels and landing pages to capture visitor information and convert them into qualified leads.
· Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote listings, and provide valuable content to subscribers.
· Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with followers, share relevant content, and drive traffic to our website.
· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven optimizations.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation and online engagement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or online advertising, preferably in the real estate industry.
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
· Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different target audiences.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
