Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and other direct marketing methods.
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate training programs from our portfolio.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our training services to potential clients.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
