Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Cargo Flow Management Support.


Job Purpose


Support Capacity Management to receive Daily Booking Forecast from all SLS Agents and translate the information into the consolidated DBR for Capacity Planning purpose.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Receive the Daily Booking Forecast from all agents daily.
  • Update the Daily Booking Forecast by following the strict deadline to the Consolidated Daily Booking Forecast template for capacity planning.
  • Follow up with agents on missing or inaccurate forecast.
  • Monitor and analyze Daily Booking Forecast Change.
  • Report the Daily Booking Forecast Change.
  • Support Transshipment Process and follow up with T/S Teams.
  • Assist Cargo Flow manager monitor Utilisation.


Education requirements

Graduate level education, good computer skills (SAP-trained, MS Office – Excel/Word)


Background and experience

  • Minimum two years' experience within a shipping/NVOCC environment.
  • Experience in working with SAP or any other Transport Management System would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of capacity management.
  • Knowledge of reporting processes.


Competencies and skills

  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and high attention to details.
  • Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills when under pressure and tight work deadlines.
  • Excellent Excel/Word skills.
