Responsibilities


  • Build deep relationships with senior leadership and multiple teams in top eCommerce as well other Industries (Retail, Fashion, Banking, Energy, Lifesciences, Manufacturing,etc) in India and Abroad
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Research and acquisition of new customers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop new solutions and use cases that meet the needs of our target customers and companies.
  • Strong interest and passion in the sales and business development areas.
  • Is capable of translating market and industry trends to engage new customers and the Vendor
  • Interest in the Digital and Ecommerce areas
  • Develop new solutions and use cases that serve the needs of our target customers and companies.
  • Manage an IT Developement Teams to execute against these contracts.
  • Participate in Hiring and Rampup of neccessary Teams to execute Projects
  • Constantly up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Good Knowledge of Ecommerce Products like HCL WCS, Salesforce, Sap Hybris, Oracle Commerce, Magento, AEM, Mid Size Commerce products
  • Good understanding and capable of selling IT solutions in the area of Ecommerce, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, CyberSecurity, IOT
  • Initiate pilot programs that demonstrate value.
  • Strong networking skills
  • Proven track record in building relationships and growing revenue
  • Solid project management skills
  • Prior people and team management experience is mandatory.
