Responsibilities-
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry associations.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and client interactions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
- Develop strong connections with clients to make sure they come back for more business.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and network events.

Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Must have 1+ year of agency experience
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
- Must have agency background experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
