We work closely with our clients to understand their Audio Visual needs and requirements, providing customized solutions to create seamless and immersive audio visual experiences. From consultation and design to installation and support, these companies ensure that clients have reliable and high-quality audio visual systems that enhance communication, collaboration, and entertainment.



Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.


As an Audio Visual Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion for our audio visual solutions company.


Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.


- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their audio visual needs, and proposing tailored solutions.


- Collaborating with the technical team to design innovative audio visual solutions that meet client requirements.


- Presenting product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients effectively.


- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to drive sales revenue.


- Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.


- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the audio visual sector.




Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the audio visual industry.


- Strong knowledge of audio visual products, technology trends, and industry best practices.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.


- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.


- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.




Experience:**


- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the audio visual industry.


- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships, closing sales, and driving revenue growth.


- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results.
