Job Title: HR Executive


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive (Entry-Level) to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with payroll, employee relations and engagement and performing other HR-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned, including but not limited to:
  • Conducting employee benefits orientations
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assisting with employee relations issues
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.


Experience: 0 to 2 years

Location: Baner, Pune

Working from office 5 days in a week
