Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Manager at Spacewalk. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and training, as well as performance management and employee relations. This is an on-site role located in Pune.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
Ability to manage performance management processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources or related field
