About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Chatbot Intern to develop, optimize, and deploy intelligent chatbots tailored to specific business needs. This role involves leveraging AI technologies to create conversational systems that improve user experiences and automate processes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Design and develop chatbot frameworks using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Integrate chatbots with business systems and APIs for seamless user experiences.
  • Train chatbots using NLP models to enhance conversation quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure chatbot functionality and reliability.
  • Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve chatbot performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies.
  • Collaborate with the development and design teams to align chatbot capabilities with business goals.
Skills and Preferred Education
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant languages.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or TensorFlow.
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson).
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Degrees:
  • Undergraduate students: B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate students: M.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or related fields.
  • College students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year are particularly encouraged to apply.
