**About the job**

**Summary**

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chatbot Developer Intern to join our innovative team. As a Chatbot Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent conversational AI solutions. You will create user-friendly and engaging chatbots that provide exceptional customer service, automate tasks, and enhance user experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain chatbots using various chatbot platforms and frameworks
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enable chatbots to understand and respond to user queries effectively
- Integrate chatbots with various messaging platforms and communication channels
- Train and refine chatbots using machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot issues, ensuring seamless user interactions
- Contribute to the development of chatbot documentation and knowledge bases
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and NLP technologies

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and techniques
- Proficient in at least one chatbot development platform or framework, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa
- Experience with programming languages like Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Additional Preferred Skills**
- Experience with conversational design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts
- Familiarity with cloud-based chatbot platforms and deployment strategies
- Experience with user experience (UX) and human-computer interaction (HCI) principles

**‍ Qualification and other skills**
- Knowledge on chatbots & automations
- Prior experience of developing chatbots &automation
- Strong Technical Background in mobility, telecom, or software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
- Knowledge on REST API & JSON
- Knowledge on WhatsApp business API, RCS &chatbot platform
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, MSproject, MS Visio, Excel)
- Knowledge on Figma
- Strong at analytics, creativity, and quantitative skills
- Fast learner and should be willing to wear multiple hats.
- Takes ownership and accountability of the work.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and solve problems through lateral thinking.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage communication with various cross function team
