The Role:

We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for our Business Accelerator platform. You'll work remotely, collaborating with our international team to create AI-powered features that drive business growth and revolutionize how SMBs leverage AI technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models, with a focus on NLP and conversational AI
  • Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific business use cases
  • Create and improve AI-driven features such as chatbots, automated lead generation, and predictive analytics
  • Collaborate with backend (Django) and frontend (React) teams to integrate AI models into our platform
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
  • Analyze data to improve model performance and generate actionable business insights
  • Implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and implement them as appropriate
  • Contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap for the product
  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and optimized for cloud deployment


Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a product-focused environment
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Extensive experience with NLP techniques and working with large language models
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and training methodologies
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent)
  • Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for handling large datasets
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize ML models for performance and scalability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Experience with reinforcement learning and its applications in conversational AI
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias detection, and mitigation techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or research papers
  • Experience with real-time machine learning systems and online learning algorithms
  • Familiarity with AI explainability techniques and tools
