Office Administrator | Chennai (Perungudi)


EarthFokus is looking for an Office Administrator to independently manage office operations, HR coordination, and basic accounting at our Perungudi office. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems, and running day-to-day operations end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities


Office & HR Operations

  • Ensure smooth daily running of the office – infrastructure, utilities, and vendor management.
  • Maintain compliance deadlines, contracts, and renewals.
  • Track attendance, leave records, and employee insurance.
  • Support recruitment (shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding) after probation period.
  • Be the go-to person for team support and office coordination.


Finance & Accounts Support

  • Record daily accounting transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Assist with payroll processing and reimbursements.
  • Maintain bills, documentation, and expense records for audits.
  • Support budgeting and monthly financial summaries.


Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in office administration, HR coordination, or operations with some accounting exposure.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with software (e.g., Zoho Books).
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.


Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience.
