- Represent our products, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to
- consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new
- potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the
- next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
- Built vertical market strategies to prospect potential new clients
- Hiring and mentoring new SDRs
- Responsible for building Inbound and Outbound opportunities
- Reporting responsibilities on Market research team
- Assist the sales team in penetrating strategic accounts by identifying business pains,
- decision makers, budget, time frame and scheduling sales appointments with qualified
- prospects.
- Achieve quarterly targets on qualified first appointments and help build a pipeline for sales
- teams.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to proactively identify and prospect for
- new business opportunities.
- Successfully track & develop leads till they are sales-ready, build relationships with
- prospects and help improve lead to opportunity conversion rates.
Day to Day
- Utilize Salesforce, Sales loft, outplay etc., cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales
- opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Key Requirements for Success
- Bachelor's or master’s degree with 10+ years of sales/business development experience with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Proficiency in handling a team
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Requirement
- Proficiency with sales intelligence and prospecting tools and CRM
- Prior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotes
