Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive organization's demand generation strategies through paid digital marketing channels
- Build, manage and scale multiple paid acquisition channels like Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve pipeline objectives
- Develop campaign strategies, design experiments and drive execution of campaigns through to completion
- Monitor and analyze full funnel marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to optimize different channels
- Increase efficiency of paid acquisition channels by continuously optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Opportunity (CPO) metrics
- Work closely with the SDR team to maintain quality of leads generated via a consistent Lead to Opportunity conversion rate
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and other teams to continuously calibrate product positioning and messaging
- Work with external agencies whenever required to develop and execute paid campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
- About 3 years of experience working on SEM and paid acquisition channels in a fast-paced environment
- Some experience working in the B2B SaaS segment would be good to have, but not limiting
- Some experience working in an agency environment would be good to have, but not limiting
- An analytical mindset to understand data, quickly identify opportunities, and optimize on the go
