Responsibilities for Senior Business Development Manager


  • Research, analyze and recommend prospects for new business opportunities as well as sales options in the market.
  • Connecting with the prospects via call, email, fix up meetings and finally convert maximum prospects to clients.
  • Generate new business for the company as well as generate revenue to achieve the monthly sales target.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategy for maximum conversion.
  • Stay updated with the current trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/services.
  • Collect and analyze information to prepare data and monthly sales report.
  • Build and maintain professional networks in the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Regularly meet with potential clients/prospects to determine their frequent needs and proactively provide them with relevant solutions.


Qualifications Required:

  • Any Bachelors/Masters Degree.
  • 8-10 Experience in Sales & Business Development.
  • 4-5 years of industry experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • **Must have generated 6-7 digits revenue for their previous companies in Digital Marketing.
  • Competency in English (Fluent Written & Verbal Communication).
  • Ability to create need, negotiate and deliver to the market requirements.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with desire to deliver results.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations, and company profile.
  • Fast learner, quick thinker, growth seeker.
  • Passionate about sales & building business and create a unmarkable performance.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
