One of our ventures, Tenacity, is an innovative community designed to empower sales teams by providing opportunities to engage with content, community, and commerce. We are seeking a vibrant Memebrship Manager to take the lead on membership growth and retention.

Considerations prior to applying:


  • Location: On-site, Mumbai (Juhu)
  • Compensation: 9 - 12 LPA LPA + ESOPs in Tenacity
  • Mindset: Get shit done (hustler)


Role overview:


As the Membership Manager at Tenacity, you will be responsible for driving the growth and retention of our membership base. You will develop strategies to attract new members and work with the Community Manager to ensure that existing members are engaged.


Key Responsibilities:


Membership Growth and Acquisition:

  • Take ownership of growing the membership base using targeted marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and partnership development.


Member Engagement and Retention:

  • Working with the community manager, create and manage programs that enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, ensuring a high retention rate.
  • Regularly communicate with members to gather feedback and adjust strategies as necessary to meet their needs.


Data Analysis and Performance Metrics:

  • Utilize CRM and other data analysis tools to monitor, analyze, and report on membership trends and behaviours.
  • Use insights from data collected by the community manager and other sources to refine and optimize membership acquisition and retention strategies.


Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure that membership strategies are aligned with broader community and marketing goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of membership-related content and promotional materials.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in membership management, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving growth and engagement targets, preferably in a startup or community-focused organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
