**JOB PROFILE: Sales Manager/Assistant Manager-Membership Sales**

**Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieving targets in a result-focused environment
- Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients
- Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
- Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
- Being updated on new products and services
- Booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them.

You will be serving our client for the inventory of five star hotel in Mumbai and a property in Aamby Valley City and their Membership Plan to achieve revenue targets, is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Great Communication/conversational ability
- Strong Sales Experience (preference to direct sales, field sales)

- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence / Numerical ability

- High Customer Centricity

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Membership sales: 2 years (required)
- Hotel sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
