This person would be leading the entire Offline charter for Active Foods business in terms of General Trade, Modern Trade and also scale up across sugar.fit’s Offline clinics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for both general trade & modern trade channels aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for channel expansion within general trade and modern trade segments.


  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure effective distribution and visibility of products.


  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth within general trade and modern trade channels.


  • Trade Promotions: Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentive programs to stimulate demand and drive sales within both general trade and modern trade channels.


  • Merchandising: Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and availability in both traditional and modern retail environments.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans.


  • Sales Monitoring: Monitor and analyse sales performance, market share, and other relevant KPIs to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management in Offline, preferably within a D2C Brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
