Role Overview:


As a Performance Marketing Manager at Optiminastic Media, you will be a key player in driving successful digital marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing into broader marketing initiatives.


Channel Management:


  • Oversee and manage various performance marketing channels such as PPC, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and other relevant platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to optimize campaign performance.


Budget Management:


  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct regular budget analyses and adjustments based on performance data.


Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.


Conversion Optimization:


  • Collaborate with the Creative and Web Development teams to optimize landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.


Client Collaboration:


  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and align marketing efforts with overall goals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and discuss optimization strategies.


Team Coordination:


  • Collaborate with the Content, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure alignment of messaging and creative assets with performance marketing goals.
  • Provide clear direction to the teams for effective campaign execution.


Adoption of New Technologies:


  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in the performance marketing space.
  • Identify and recommend new technologies that can enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex performance metrics to clients.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying updated on changes in digital marketing platforms.
