Working model: Onsite working

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:30am - 8pm

Budget: 7-9 LPA (Based on previous CTC + work ex)

Experience : 3-5 years


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Devise comprehensive strategies for performance marketing campaigns, incorporating a blend of digital channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and execute campaigns with a strategic focus on driving traffic to the website, generating leads for the salons, and maximising conversion rates.
  • Take charge of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to enhance performance, ensuring a balanced approach between customer acquisition and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure uniform messaging and visual identity across all channels by working closely with the creative team.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page designs, ensuring an optimal user experience that contributes to increased conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform ongoing marketing strategies and adapt to market changes.
  • Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach, foster partnerships, and drive incremental sales.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers and nurturing leads.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to the website and generating leads specifically tailored to support salon-related activities.
  • Take responsibility for CRM activities, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication and engagement with the brand.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in brand management: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
  • Ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns to differentiate the brand in the market
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines..
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting strategies based on market changes.
