About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Support Specialist with a fresh perspective and expertise in both sales and customer service. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of how to market a new business, an ability to engage potential members effectively, and a knack for creating positive customer experiences. You will be instrumental in increasing our membership base and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Membership Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert potential members into paying clients.
- Conduct outreach to prospective members through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct tours of the co-working space, highlighting features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Manage and follow up on leads to close sales and achieve membership targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current members, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to membership services, space utilization, or
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Gather and provide feedback on customer needs and market demands to the management team.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and membership growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets, with performance-based bonuses available.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Also manage the Company’s social media accounts- Contribute ideas for enhancing the co-working experience and improving member satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a co-working space or similar environment. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to drive membership growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi), with the ability to engage and persuade potential members. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
