Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and maintain employee records.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
  • Maintain HR databases, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of HR experience, preferably in IP
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
