Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an HR Generalist & Admin professional to support our HR and administrative functions. This role combines responsibilities in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
- Develop and implement HR policies and maintain employee records in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee office administration tasks, such as facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellness programs.
- Support performance management processes by coordinating reviews, gathering feedback, and assisting with development plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle any necessary audits or reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with HR systems and proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and basic payroll processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
