Director of Enterprise Sales (SaaS) | Gurgaon


We’re in the midst of an exciting transition from a start-up to a scale-up and are looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team. This leadership role is perfect for a SaaS sales professional with 7 to 15 years of experience, a proven track record, and a passion for driving growth. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a team that drives revenue and new customer acquisition.


Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 7 to 15 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute key sales strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Manage and grow the sales team to drive revenue and exceed monthly targets
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide solutions
  • Oversee sales compensation and incentive programs to drive performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost inbound lead generation and develop successful partner programs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, planning, and performance reviews
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales cycle
  • Manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to leadership
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners as required

About You:

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to recruit, train, and scale a sales force
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to synthesize and present data clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in managing contracts, negotiations, and client relationships at multiple levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities
  • Experience with SaaS and/or subscription revenue models is a plus
