Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate sales revenue as assigned and engage with B2B clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills negotiation skills interpersonal skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Responsibilities

ï‚· Nurture leads and convert

ï‚· Good at referencing repetitive business

ï‚· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

ï‚· Maintain existing business business prospects

ï‚· Think critically when planning to assure targets are achieved

ï‚· Should have ability to quickly learn

ï‚· endure sales environment pressure


Education/Experience

Qualifications

ï‚· Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

ï‚· 1 to 8 years prior industry related business development experience/sales experience

ï‚· Experience in cold calling lead generation LinkedIn lead generation/Marketing

ï‚· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

ï‚· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies (for BD-manager)

ï‚· Focused and goal-oriented target driven

ï‚· Passion and dedication for the job

ï‚· Willingness to go extra mile
