We’re looking for Client Servicing experts to lead key client relationships and deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.



Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Expert with 2-3 years of experience. The Client Servicing Expert will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring all project related tasks are executed on time and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


What you will do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing — from brief to flawless event delivery
  • Collaborate with internal creative, production, and tech teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling & cross-selling


What we are looking for:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in client servicing (corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising)
  • Proven success managing large-scale clients/ projects independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong multitasking & problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during event schedules
  • Complete ownership towards your work and projects assigned to you
  • Experience working in an office environment with knowledge of basic tools like MS Office suite, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision and as part of a team
