Company Description Bread Pocket Co is a theatre-style QSR built around fast, consistent, flavour-forward pockets. We operate a Central Kitchen (CK) for prep & scale and a high-throughput outlet for live assembly and service. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing and producing menu items, overseeing kitchen operations both at the Central Kitchen as well as the outlets, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves collaborating with management to plan and execute events, monitoring budgetary constraints, and staying updated with culinary trends to innovate and improve menu offerings. Qualifications Culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniquesStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost controlAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsExceptional creativity and attention to detailDegree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role is advantageous
