About the Job:


We are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate manager (3+ years experience) in CRM, data enrichment, email marketing, drip marketing campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and digital marketing including social media, content marketing, and creative development. This role is critical for building and managing an ABM practice while ensuring strong data management practices. The ideal candidate will also support clients in email marketing and digital marketing when required, driving successful brand outcomes and growth.


Responsibilities:

ABM Practice Development:

  • Build and manage a strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practice.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to engage high-value clients and drive account-based growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM strategies with client acquisition goals.


CRM & Data Enrichment:

  • Oversee and manage CRM data with a focus on enrichment and data accuracy.
  • Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of brand and partner databases for better segmentation and targeting.
  • Utilize enriched data to create more personalized marketing experiences.


Email & Drip Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and implement drip marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving conversions.
  • Lead the execution of email marketing initiatives for both internal and client-facing campaigns.
  • Optimize email workflows, funnels, and strategies to improve engagement rates and lead nurturing.
  • Oversee and create marketing content


Brand & Digital Marketing:

  • Lead and manage brand marketing initiatives to support brands’ strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development of Content marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and creative campaigns.
  • Track and monitor the ROI of digital marketing campaigns and assess the performance of email funnels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital strategies, making necessary adjustments to drive improved performance.
  • Launch and manage new marketing initiatives to meet evolving brand needs and industry trends.


Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and oversee social media strategies for both brands and internal projects.
  • Monitor social media metrics and performance to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Drive innovation in social media marketing, utilizing emerging platforms and trends.


Client Support & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide expert guidance on CRM, ABM, solutions.
  • Support clients with their email marketing, when needed, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content) to deliver on client projects and meet campaign objectives.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM, data management, ABM, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of email marketing, funnels, and drip campaigns.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in ABM and brand marketing, with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media, and new initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools for tracking ROI and campaign performance.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of brand positioning and creative content execution across digital platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on ABM, digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Additional Skills: Exceptional data management, analytical skills, and ROI tracking abilities.
