The purpose of this assignment is to gauge the creator's ability to articulate clear, compelling content that aligns with our company’s values and communication goals.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms in order to identify potential applicants for firm job openings.
- End to end recruitment, Organizing different Activities meant for Employee Engagement.
- Posting job openings on job boards or any other Social Media Platform.
- Planning, Coordinating and supervising the employment of new interns.
- Candidates will also assist with the onboarding and orientation of new interns.
- Training and Development of the newly onboarded ones.
Skills And Requirements
- Person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at time Management and handling Pressure.
- Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be a critical thinker.
- Dynamic Personality, Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Person should have a desire to gain knowledge.
Duration: 3 Months
