Profile responsibilities:
Minimum 0 years to 2 years of relevant experience as an HR Recruiter preferably recruitment industry.

Must be able to work and recruit with tight deadlines even when under pressure, and still be able to provide good quality human resources.

Must be able to multitask with and should be genuine and empathetic-with their communication skills, and be a good listener

You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software required for recruitment s

Should have the convincing ability with the ability to relate to people at all levels with good time management skills.

Be target-driven, ambitious, responsible and committed.

Should have strong base and knowledge about the immigration industry, and recruitment s and should be updated about the changing norms of immigration and recruitment from time to time.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify recruitment trends and challenges.

Should be patient and mature enough to handle sales pressure and deliver best results.

Should have Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the
