Job Description:
As an HR Executive at CDG Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR functions of the organization. You will be responsible for making job posts, finding the right candidates, conducting interviews, and completing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Create and manage job posts across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Recruitment: Source and identify potential candidates using different recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role. Coordinate with hiring managers for further interview rounds.
- Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. This includes preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and completing necessary documentation.
- Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other inquiries. Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting appraisals and providing feedback.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Manage employee benefits programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job posting and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
