Role Requirements:

Work Description:

As a Media Buyer at House of Unblur, you’ll be expected to wear multiple hats, just like the rest of our team. It’s a dynamic role that combines your expertise in creative strategies, ad planning, copywriting, and team management. You’ll manage some of our larger accounts directly while also overseeing and guiding other team members to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional results.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in managing ad spends of over $10k/month on Google and $30k/month on Facebook.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Account Review: Start each day by reviewing all accounts, setting the agenda, and identifying any accounts that require immediate attention.
  • Creative Oversight: Oversee the creation of briefs, requirements, and copywriting for both ongoing and new brand campaigns.
  • Monthly Planning: Set goals and action plans for the upcoming month, including budget allocation and ROAS targets.
  • Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process to ensure the team is staffed with top talent.
  • Campaign Review: Be the final reviewer for all campaign setups, using your intuition and expertise to decide whether they should be run or improved.
