Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing inside sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, reaching out through outbound efforts, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or technology industry is a plus
