About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual with 1 to 2 years of experience to drive growth for our HR outsourcing services. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to our success by meeting sales targets and delivering tailored HR solutions. If you're passionate about building relationships and achieving results in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients(Client Acquisition)
- Connect with client using all communication channel
- Ability to create actionable marketing strategies, network and build lasting professional relationships
- Participate in crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Regular follow ups with all the Prospects for Business generation.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Introduction of the Respective Stakeholders (Spoc) Person with the clients
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team for Hiring.
- Follow up with the Hiring Team for closing Open positions available with the clients.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close billing and Payment from Client.
- Submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Good to Have)
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
