This role is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our payroll systems and providing insightful data analysis to support decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for employees on a regular basis (Weekly/Bi weekly/Monthly), ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Data Analysis: Analyse payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights based on the data.

• Advanced Excel Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based payroll reports, dashboards, and models to support payroll operations and management decision-making.

• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data. Regularly audit payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• MIS Reporting: Developing and maintaining reports for managerial decision-making, analysing data, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve any payroll-related issues.

• System Optimization: Participate in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Support: Provide support for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.


Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or a related field (BE/BTech).

• Experience: A minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll processing/data analysis/MIS reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data visualization, etc.).

• Exceptional in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
