- Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1. Collect and review payroll data from various sources including HR systems, time tracking tools, and employee records.
- 2. Validate and reconcile payroll information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- 3. Process payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
- 4. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- 5. Stay up-to-date with local and international payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- 6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide excellent customer service.
- 7. Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
- 8. Collaborate with external vendors and payroll providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- 9. Participate in payroll system implementation and enhancement projects.
- 10. Continuously look for opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
