Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. This role will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing payrolls in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure accurate processing of payroll changes
  • Work with the Global Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of ad-hoc payments
  • Manage payroll compliance, including PF/ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage the Payroll Inbox and provide support to employees in APAC
  • Liaise with government offices, banks, and other external parties to ensure compliance
  • Manage relationships with external payroll service providers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with international payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation
  • Comply with internal controls and SOX documentation
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires and participate in monthly new hire training
  • Experience in managing high-volume equity processing and employee questions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Local payroll certification or equivalent qualification
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused professional with strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
