Working model: Onsite working

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:30am - 8pm

Budget: 7-10 LPA

Experience: 4-6 Years


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a database of influencers, including contact information and performance metrics
  • Research and identify potential influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space. Build and maintain relationships with influencers to secure collaborations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns, including negotiation, content approval, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand awareness.
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Writing, editing and distributing press releases and media kits to announce new products, events, accomplishments, launches or changes within the organisation. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging influencers, and social media platform changes to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with various partners to explore various partnerships in terms of brands, movies, events etc where synergies meet and align with their deliverables


Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms and social media management tools
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop unique strategies for influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt strategies to changing market trends.
