3D Iron Technologies is looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to join an early-stage startup company. Reporting to the COO and CEO, you will help efforts to scale the manufacturing operations and sales. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

 

Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all requests for quotations.
  • Help in filing of government contracts.
  • Collect data on customers, suppliers, internal metrics and competitors.
  • Build insightful dashboards tracking key performance indicators in operations (KPIs)
  • Provide CEO and COO with sales and administrative support, including scheduling of meetings, preparing analytics, presentations, client and prospect materials, and updating of databases.
  • Achieve/exceed sales and activity objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage full manufacturing operations (supplier management).

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • You have proven successful experience in sales and data collection
  • Understanding of profit and loss, strong analytics
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems is a big plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word
  • Proven successful track record in B2B sales and negotiations
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and proven ability to plan.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher completed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Team-player and Entrepreneurial
