Background:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Ground Events/Below the Line Marketing Manager specializing in Study Abroad initiatives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in organizing and executing impactful study abroad ground events, with a focus on generating tangible ROI. This role requires a strategic mindset, not just execution capabilities, with a proven track record of driving successful study abroad events.


Responsibilities:


● Plan, coordinate, and execute study abroad ground events to promote Upgrad Study Abroad programs.

● Develop innovative strategies to maximize ROI from events, ensuring each event contributes significantly to lead generation and conversion.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align ground events with overall marketing objectives and messaging.

● Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in study abroad events and below the line marketing.

● Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and other relevant study abroad entities.

● Monitor and analyze the performance of ground events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in study abroad marketing and events


Requirements:


● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

● 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on study abroad events and below the line marketing.

● Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in organizing and managing study abroad ground events.

● Proven track record of driving tangible ROI from study abroad events, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.

● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative event strategies.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
