Head – Business & Growth | Startup Leadership Opportunity (Jaipur | uBreathe)We are looking for a strong operator who can take full ownership of running our business end-to-end — across sales, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a leadership role for someone who can convert plans into results, build systems that work, and keep the business running efficiently as we scale.We are uBreathe, a clean air startup building India’s first bio-based air purifiers. Our products combine nature and technology to improve indoor air quality — trusted by corporates, institutions, and homes across India.We are now entering a growth phase and need someone who can take charge of daily business operations, drive performance, and bring structure to execution while working closely with the founding team.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day operations across sales, fulfilment, customer service, and partnershipsOwn growth and performance targets across D2C, B2B, and institutional channelsManage and motivate the team, ensuring strong execution and accountabilityWork closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align business goalsHandle vendor management, costing, logistics, and finance coordinationBuild and improve processes to ensure smooth operations and scale efficientlyIdentify opportunities for expansion and lead execution end-to-endWho You Should Be5–8 years of experience in business operations, growth, or category managementHands-on operator with strong planning and execution skillsIndependent decision-maker who can work without constant supervisionBased in or willing to relocate to Jaipur (Jagatpura Office)Prior experience in consumer products, D2C, or hardware preferredDependable, structured, and committed to building something meaningfulCompensationFixed Salary: ₹50,000 per monthPerformance Incentive: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on targets and outcomesAdditional growth-based incentives for strong performersWhy Join uBreatheReal ownership and decision-making authorityFreedom to run the business and shape its growthOpportunity to build a clean-tech brand solving one of India’s biggest problemsWork directly with the founders in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment
