The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the jewelry industry, market trends, and customer preferences.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market expansion goals.Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Market Research and Analysis and Trend Forecasting: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.Product Development and Launch: Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback.Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and set realistic sales targets.Brand Management and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand promotion strategies.Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and decision-making and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in a senior sales role within the jewelry or luxury goods industry (B2B).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
