- SSC or Equivalent

- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
- Product understanding

- Basic calculation of retail/distributor schemes
- Basic English/Hindi

1. Cover retail outlets in the respective territory
2. Achieve assigned monthly targets
3. Responsible for new outlet openings
4. Responsible for new product launches
5. Manage distributors in assigned areas
6. Achieve POB targets on a daily basis
7. Ensure POB execution (secondary)
8. Mobile reporting (attendance & sales) on a daily basis
9. Responsible for repeat and frequent orders from outlets
10. Responsible for merchandising & store branding
11. Responsible for geo-compliance
